- 2 cloves of garlic, pressed
- 2 anchovies, mashed, or 2 inches of anchovy paste
- 1 egg
- 1/2 egg shell of vinegar
- 1/2 egg shell of lemon juice
- 3 x 1/2 egg shell of salad or vegetable oil
- Mix well
- Pour over romaine lettuce.
- Add croutons, bacon bits and parmesan cheese.
